You must have a current NSGA Membership to enter our events. If you don’t, your online entry can’t be processed until your Membership application is submitted and Membership fees are paid. The same applies if you are registering as a team. Both members must be paid current members, or the system won’t allow you to register for the event.

You can register online as either a team, an individual as part of a team or individual without a partner. We highly encourage teams to register as a full Team in a single transaction.

Waiting lists: Any entries received after an event has reached full field, will be placed on the Waiting list and your credit card will not be charged until such time as you are moved off the Waiting list and into the event.

Each event entry will be an individual credit card transaction. We are unable to accommodate entries to multiple events in a single transaction. Any refunds for online entries will be made to the credit card used to pay for those entries. Any entries that are placed on a waiting list will not be charged until they are pulled into an event.

Entries paid online are subject to a processing fee ($3 per person/Weekly event, $5 per person/State Tournament) and are reflected in the prices listed below.

You can register and pay for one event per form or mail multiple entry forms and pay with a single check.

You can print an event entry form from the “Printable Entry Form” options below and mail it along with your check to “NSGA” at the address at the bottom of each entry form.

Please make checks out to the “NSGA” and for the price listed on the printed Entry forms, which are minus the online processing fee.

For any changes to your initial entry, either online or mailed, you need to contact the Tournament Director through the “Contact Us” form for any reimbursements.
